Privacy Policy
The short version
- Your script history is stored in your own browser, not on our servers. Clear your browser data and it is gone.
- Your prompts go to an AI company to be turned into a script. That company is DeepSeek, which is based in the People’s Republic of China. Do not put anything confidential or personal in a prompt.
- Our server keeps short-lived logs, including your IP address, so we can stop abuse and enforce daily limits.
- We do not sell your data, we do not run ads, and we do not use advertising or analytics trackers.
- You have an account, and you can upload your own videos. We keep those videos and our analysis of them — including after you close your account — for internal use only. Never published, never shown to anyone, never sold.
- Want anything deleted? Email us and we will do it. No forms, no hoops.
1. Who we are
This service is operated by Breezy Labs LLC, a single-member limited liability company formed in Pennsylvania, USA, currently operating under the working name “BANGR.” The product name may change; this policy attaches to Breezy Labs LLC as the operator and continues to apply under any later name or domain. Breezy Labs LLC is the controller of the personal information described here.
2. What this covers
This policy covers the service as it works today: accounts are live, you can sign in, and you can upload your own videos. Where something is stored on your device instead of our servers, we say so.
3. What we collect
Today
| What | Why | How long |
|---|---|---|
| Prompt content you type (product name, angle, notes, links you paste) | To generate your script | Sent to the AI provider and returned; also kept in our generation log, below |
| A log of each script we generate and how the request went (the framework you picked, the product name you type, timings, token counts, which prompt version wrote it) | To measure and improve script quality — it is how we tell whether a change to the model or the prompt made the scripts better or worse | Stored on our own server-side storage. Not linked to any account, because there are no accounts, and it contains no IP address or device identifier. Covered by the same retention and deletion contact path as everything else below |
| IP address and basic request data (time, page, user agent) | Daily rate limiting, abuse prevention, error diagnosis, security | Transient server logs, retained no longer than 30 days |
| Your generation history and preferences (including “past analyses”) | So you can find work you already did | Stored in your browser’s localStorage on your device only, until you clear it |
| Videos you upload, and the analysis we make from them (style notes, pacing, format tags, scores) | To match you to formats that fit you, and to improve the tool | Kept for as long as we run the service, including after you close your account — unlinked from you at that point. Email us if you want the files erased |
| Hosting and delivery data collected by our host | Serving the site, performance, security | Per our host’s retention policy |
We do not ask you for your name, email, phone number, address, or payment details today. If you volunteer personal information inside a prompt, it travels with that prompt to the AI provider and into our generation log. Please do not do that.
Once you have an account
When you create an account, we also collect and store on our servers:
- Your email address, and authentication data needed to sign you in.
- Creator profile answers you give us (niche, tone, audience, style preferences) so scripts sound like you.
- Product links and product details you save.
- Your saved script history, moved from your browser to your account.
- Basic usage records tied to your account (generations made, dates) for limits, billing if paid plans exist, and support.
4. What we do not do
- We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, as those terms are defined under California law.
- We do not run advertising on the service.
- We do not use advertising pixels, third-party analytics trackers, or marketing cookies. Cookies and local storage are used only for essential functioning (keeping your work, and later keeping you signed in).
- We do not buy personal data about you from data brokers.
- We do not fine-tune or train any outside company’s AI model on your content. Your videos, prompts and scripts are never handed to a model provider as training data, and we do not sell or license them to anyone.
- We do use what we learn from your videos to improve our own matching. When our system analyzes your video, the analysis it produces — the tags, the patterns, what worked — feeds back into how we match every creator to formats. That is how the product gets better. Some people call that training; we’d rather say it plainly than hide behind the word.
- Your raw videos are never shown to other creators and never published.
- We do not perform facial recognition, and we do not create face templates or any other biometric identifier from your videos. Our analysis reads what happens in the video — what’s said, how it’s paced, how the product is shown — not who is in it.
5. Who processes your data
We use a small number of service providers. They act as processors for us and are not permitted to use your data for their own purposes beyond what their own terms require.
| Provider | Role | Where |
|---|---|---|
| DeepSeek | Generates script text from the prompt content you submit | People’s Republic of China. Your prompt is transmitted internationally and is handled under DeepSeek’s own terms and privacy policy, and under the laws of that jurisdiction, which include government access powers different from U.S. law. |
| Vercel | Hosting, content delivery, server logs | United States |
| TikTok | Serves embedded videos directly to your browser; TikTok may set its own cookies and see your IP when an embed loads. The video thumbnails on the This week page also load directly from TikTok’s servers, so TikTok may see your IP address when that page opens. | Per TikTok’s policies |
| Supabase | Account database and authentication | United States region |
Read this twice: the AI provider that writes your scripts is a company based in the People’s Republic of China. We think you should know that plainly rather than find it in a footnote. If that is not acceptable for your business, do not submit sensitive or confidential product information to this service.
We may also disclose information if legally required (subpoena, court order, or law enforcement request we believe is valid), to protect our rights or someone’s safety, or to a buyer if the business is sold — in which case this policy continues to apply to information transferred until you are given notice of a change.
6. Browser storage (localStorage)
The service stores your generated scripts, past analyses, and preferences in your browser’s localStorage. That data sits on your device, not on our servers. We cannot read it, recover it, or restore it for you.
Practical consequences: your history does not follow you to another device or browser; clearing your browser data, using private browsing, or switching browsers erases it; and anyone with access to your device and browser profile can read it. If you share a computer, clear your browser data when you are done.
7. Retention and deletion
- Prompts: not stored in a database by us. They exist in transit and in the AI provider’s systems under that provider’s retention rules.
- Server logs: retained no longer than 30 days, then discarded, except where a specific log is preserved for an active security or legal matter.
- Browser storage: kept until you clear it. You control this entirely.
- Account data: kept while your account is open, and deleted within 30 days of you asking us to delete it or closing your account, except where we must keep records for tax or legal reasons.
- Videos you upload: Videos you upload, and the analysis we make from them, are kept for as long as we run the service — including after you close your account. When you close your account we cut the link between the files and you: your name, email, login, and TikTok handle are deleted, and the files and the analysis are kept unlinked from you. We use them only inside our business, to improve our matching and script systems. They are never published, never shown to other users, never used in advertising, and never sold. If you want the video files erased too, email us. We will erase them within 30 days and confirm when it’s done.
Backups: when we operate a database, we will keep encrypted backups for disaster recovery. Deleting your data removes it from live systems immediately and it will age out of backups within 90 days. We will not restore deleted data from a backup into live systems.
8. Where we operate, and your rights
Breezy Labs LLC is a Pennsylvania company and this service is offered in the United States only. We don’t accept signups from the EU or the UK, because we aren’t set up to meet their privacy rules yet. If that changes, we’ll update this page before we open.
Wherever you are in the US, and regardless of whether your state has a privacy law, we honor these for every account:
- See your data. Ask us what we hold about you and we’ll tell you.
- Correct it. Tell us what’s wrong and we’ll fix it.
- Delete your account. Your account, profile and connected-platform data go when you close it.
- Ask us to erase what we keep. After you close your account we keep your uploaded videos and the analysis of them for internal use — that’s explained on the deletion screen and in Section 7. Email the address in Section 12 and we’ll erase those too. We don’t make you give a reason.
- We don’t sell your personal information, and we don’t share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
To use any of these, email us at the address in Section 12. We’ll confirm within a few days. California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia and other state privacy laws give residents of those states these rights by statute; we apply them to everyone because running two standards is how mistakes happen.
9. Children
This service is for adults. You must be 18 or older to use it. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If we learn we have, we will delete it and terminate the access. If you believe a minor has used the service, email us.
10. Security
All traffic to and from the service is encrypted in transit (HTTPS). API keys and other secrets are held in server-side environment configuration and never sent to your browser. Access to our infrastructure is limited to the owner. Passwords are stored only as salted hashes, and account data is encrypted at rest.
No system is perfectly secure. If a breach affects your personal information, we will notify you and the relevant authorities as required by applicable breach-notification law.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. The effective date at the top will change, and we will give notice on the service for material changes. If a change would apply to information we already hold in a materially different way, we will ask for your consent where the law requires it.
12. Contact
